Common questions
Do I need to be home when you come?
No. As long as we can reach the yard (an unlocked gate is fine), we'll text you before we arrive and send photos when we're done.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage for every crew member. Certificates are available on request.
How do I pay?
By e-Transfer or credit card after each visit, or monthly for season plans.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain, we work through it. Heavy rain, we reschedule to the next open day and let you know by text.
Do you haul away green waste?
Always. Clippings, leaves and branches are included in the price and taken to a local composting facility.
